I work as a computer programmer in Chittenden County. I love learning about just about anything. I'm a member of a medieval recreation group called the Society for Creative Anachronism. My favorite cookbook is Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon. I love food! grins If I had a month off of work I would putter around in Europe. I'll actually be doing exactly that in 2005!

Favorite Foods:

My favorite dish to cook is bratwurst with homemade saurkraut. Other favorite foods include cheese, cucumbers, and coconuts. I promise there are other foods I like that start with different letters of the alphabet! Some of my favorite flavors include cinnamon and lemon.
