about me

We live in the coastal mountains above Capitola among the redwoods. Working in a grocery store, I get a lot of opportunities to exchange recipe ideas with an ethnically diverse group of customers and swapping food ideas is always a way to make new friends.
My wife and I share our home with a number of Standard Poodles and a macaw.

Favorite Foods:

We love anything spicy and whenever we dine out, we will head for a Mexican or Chinese restaurant. At home I will prepare Chinese inspired dishes a couple times a week and latin american dishes a few times a week. Sundays are for BBQ ribs prepared on our water smoker if we aren't away at a dog show.
