about me

I am an organic farmer in S.W. Oregon.
I also operate a small retail bakery from my property. I spent some time catering when I was younger and lived in the midwest.
I am addicted to baking, quilting, stamping and anything that grows in dirt.
My 2 sons are grown and live in distant places. Grandkids number 5 and counting.
If I had plenty of time and $$ I'd sail to the South Pacific and might not come back.

Favorite Foods:

My all time favorite cook book is the 1975 edition of JOY of Cooking. I own at least one copy of every revision. The 1975 is my favorite. If a cook has this one book they can master any aspect of the art of cooking
