I am a wife and mother. I love cooking and I am trying to keep the family dinnertime tradition alive by preparing home cooked dinners. My two children could very well be the pickiest eaters on the planet, so finding dishes they appreciate can be a challenge. I truly appreciate simple recipes that can be pulled together in 30 minutes or less. I love to try new restaurants but not new recipes. If I am going to spend time preparing a dish, I like to know it is a tried and true recipe.

Favorite Foods:

Tex-Mex, pasta (especially pasta salad), seafood, and anything cooked on the grill.
