about me

My husband and 3 children live near Eau Claire WI. I am currently homeschooling our 9 and 6 year olds and have a baby too. During a less hectic phase in our lives I fell in love with cooking and now it is my therapy. My husband knows that if I can't at least get out of the house for awhile, that some time in the kitchen is therapeutic. Unfortunately, my waist is starting to show my love for comfort food.

Favorite Foods:

Things with lots of spice (not necessarily hot) and flavor. I also enjoy cutting and dicing. I am not huge on sweets but the few I do like I am loyal to.
