At work I'm an HR Manager, but at home I am a vegetarian cook with a penchant for sweets! I try to buy local first and organic second, sustainability is important in my food decisions. Did I mention I make a mean cake?
My favorites are fruits & veggies, grains, and good cheese. And cake. I am a sucker for soft, stinky cheese that reminds me of my time in France. I am also a berry snob, if it ain't from Oregon I'm not interested!
Lately I have had fun experimenting with baked tofu and tofu jerky marinade recipes. Not much better on a hot summer day than a BTLT (baked tofu, lettuce & tomato).
