I have loved to cook since I was a young girl..Besides golf, this is my favorite passion !! I love to take cooking classes and trying out new recipes. I have three grown daughters and three wonderful Grandchildren. I am a simple cook, I like down home easy recipes.My one daughter and her husband have two restaurants in Portage,Michigan.My other Son-In-Law is an excellent cook and I have learned alot from both of them. My girls on the other hand, don't love cooking as I do!!! Nothing is more fun than to be in the kitchen with a nice glass of wine!! I work in the medical field and love my job. I work for the nicest all women OB-GYN group. Life is good..My oldest daughter lives in Chicago and we have such fun going to all the different restaurants!! I have become fond of Tapas
eating and what fun it is to go with a group of people and taste a little of everything

Favorite Foods:

Any comfort food, soups, salads, Chicken dishes, Crock Pot dishes, Italian cooking,( my daughter lived in Italy for a few years )
Not much of a red meat person tho. I love to do appetizers and could just do a meal on them. I started making soups when my sister was diagnosed with breast cancer.She stayed with me often and I found what she liked the best were soups when she was so ill. I hope you try my recipes and enjoy them as much as my family does.
