I wasnt taught how to cook and to be honest, never really wanted to learn.. until recently. Now I want to learn but have no one to teach me, so lets hope I dont Burn the House Down! woohoo!

I joined the Bargain Basement Tag game just recently to try and help me search for recipes that i might never think of trying. Im so glad I did. For those of you that play tag games you know what I mean when I say im pretty much addicted to Tagging! And since im a Newbie Cook in general, it has really helped me gain alot of confidence in the kitchen that I never thought Id have.


If you haven't figured it out yet, I have a mild obsession (ok, its not mild) with Cows..In fact, my dogs even look like little cows! I love to Collect them, and best of all Eat them! YUM!

Other than the Cows, my dogs are my life. I have 2 Pitbulls, Both girls.. the biggest love bugs in the world. Jenibelle is the oldest and mom to Claire. Claire was a Special Needs Puppy and almost died when she was less than 3 weeks old. She had Septicemia and is ok now but still a little bit "slow". I wouldn't replace her for the world. Both are, as I like to say, Aggressively Friendly. They love nothing more than to be loved

I work at a Casino in Las Vegas, and while I dont consider myself to be a gambler, my once vice is playing BINGO. I love me some BINGO!! I also run the Powerball Group at work. In Nevada we dont have a Lottery so every 5 weeks I collect the cash and drive to Arizona and pick up our group ticket. I have already made my retirement plans so now its just a matter of time. Im a patient person

Favorite Foods:

I like to try new things and will try anything atleast once..my current favs are artichokes, brussels sprouts, asparagus, mexican food, chinese food, and especially thai.. I love my food hot and spicy (im one who almost likes to "suffer" from it being too hot. nose running, ears burning, eyes watering. lol) I also love pasta but am on the no/low carb thing and it makes me sad, love burger wraps, chicken and i absoulty love buffalo.. just to name a few things.
