I love to laugh and cook with my new husband being my "Test Monkey". I improvise and tend to combine recipes ive collected that are similar to get the optinum results! Now I love my crock pot, and I hate cleaning my mess!!! I tend to simplify recipes for this reason..

My favorite cookbook is Fannie Farmers!!!! Absolutely love it. I usually will start there with an idea, wind myself up go for it!!! Its a great research tool!

I love Italian and mexican. I am delighted when i see satisfied smiles on guest's faces!! What a reward! I love to enjoy my cooking experience, so i've been known to imbibe during my endeavors... err, ahh , as a taste enhancement, of course!

Ive been blessed to have traveled and exposed to many cooks and courses, so at times i certainly analyze and improvise...Hey no harm no "fowl"!!

Either way its always an enjoyment to satisfy!!!
