I grew up in an interesting household. As a child I experienced eating leg of lamb and many greek dishes on Easter. I attended many seders, bar/bot mitzvahs...ect. Living in Texas, we love our bbq and our tex-mex. So if you are looking at my cookbook you are seeing a reflection of my childhood and how my palate is very quirky.
