I enjoy cooking an baking and love to try new reciepes. I am intimidated by some new an unusual things but if given good instructions I'll try anything once.. I am married to my great husband who cooks a little too although he is not as adventerous when it comes to trying new things and using spices an herbs. We both can appreciate a fine restaurant and he is usually the one who sticks to the ole stand by's of things he has tried before. I like to order new items.. I wish I had more time to cook an experiment with recipes.. I'm hoping to start some of that this fall and winter as I am inside more.

I do have Crohn's disease and from this I have to watch what I eat as far as fresh veggies an fruits as they will cause alot of pain. So anyway I can use fresh fruits an veggies in cooking and not have issues I am thrilled.. Thanks to everyone who has taken the time to share your recipes an love for cooking on here..

Favorite Foods:

I love veggies of all kinds, like fish, love a spicey bbq (spicey not unbearably hot) I enjoy thai food, chinese food, Chicken. Baked goods!!!
