I work at Mountain State University in beautiful southern WV. I like to play poker on Saturday nights. I love to swim, play with my dogs, fossil hunt, rock hound and GeoCache...oh yeah! I love trying out new recipes too! My all time favorite cook book is the internet. I can always find the perfect recipe on the internet!

Favorite Foods:

My favorite thing to cook is Hamburger pie. It's kinda like Shepard's pie but a little different. The dish I am famous for in my family is my "Damn Good Chili" I haven't found anyone yet who does chili better than me My favorite restaurant is the Outback. Their Alice Springs Chicken is absolutely DIVINE!
