"I love to bake." Those are my four favorite words besides, "This tastes so good", "You look so hot", and "Rock and Roll, baby!".
That pretty much sums me up. I'm not too good of a chef-chef but 11 years ago at the tender age of 9 I was made "Head Baker" of the house after I did miracles with a package of frozen cookie dough. Now I am "Head Chef" and my mother, who loathes cooking herself, couldn't be happier that she doesn't have to cook every night. I can take care of that. And more than likely I'll take care of dessert too.
I like to make: Fried wontons and spicy asian sauce, Ground turkey empanadas, Shepherds pie, Italian Tri-Color cookies, Chocolate-Mint-Razz cookies, Any kind of cookie, chocolate lollipops with different flavorings, I'll try to make anything once. As I said before, I am definitely a baker so savory or "real food" is not my thing. I'm good... but I don't want to be.
I'll eat: anything fried (sadly), burgers, pizza, chicken nuggets, and 20,000 White Castle burgers like any native New Yorker.
