about me

Hello there,
I'm Misty and I LOVE to cook!! It's in my blood. I also am in LOVE with my family (hubby, 7y.o. Danny and 4 y.o. twins Grace and Gabriel). Spending time at home and cooking for family are probably my most favoritist things!!! I come from a southern family, so my dishes, especially my "throw togethers" are usually not so healthy, so careful on the portions there!! However, my family (albeit known for their fabulous dishes) are not always in the greatest health (hmm, wonder why?), so I am always into exploring healthier options and given the time, I like to change up my old favs to be a little more, "rumpus friendly". Hope you enjoy my recipes and I know I love exploring all of yours!!!

Favorite Foods:

Anything fried, and most southern foods!
Pasta, Pasta, Pasta!!
Cheesecake and chocolate chip cookies are my all time fav. desserts!!!
(I have a cinnamon Cheesecake that is to DIE FOR, have you ever had a "Cinnabon Cheesecake" oh yes, better than it's name)!!
