Mom of three, part time professional Mediator (even when I'm not with the kids, lol) Full time student, volunteer for Nebraska Chldren's Home, Junior Achievement and St. Columbkille School. I love crafts and cooking. My fav cookbook is the Marion High School Cookbook. My passion is making my family happy, my pet peeve is lack of compassion for oneself or others.

my favorite foods are meat and potatoes, good ole' midwest home cooking, I love "comfort food"!! I love exploring new recipes, but almost always tweek them a bit, and I am famous for working without a recipe at all.
