Hello. My name is Jessica Lester (Jessie to my friends and hubby)I live in Lancaster, Ohio which is south of Columbus, OH. I work as a full time medical assistant at a physicians office here in Lancaster. My husband (of 6 years)Chad and I just recently bought our first house. No children yet, but we do have a 1 year old cat named Sixer. My love of cooking comes from my grandmother and my mothers influences. Now that I work full time I love quick cooking recipes. My favorite chef is Rachael Ray. I adore her cookbooks and love her show (when I get time to watch it). I am somewhat new to this web site. I use it now on a weekely basis to plan my menu. I hope to post some of my families favorite recipes soon.
