about me

I'm 23 years old, married, have a two year old son and a daughter due August 9th, 2009. My husband and I live in beautiful Kailua, HI (where we born and raised!) with our mother in law, aunt in law, and brother in law. We recently implemented a new cooking plan that I cook two nights a week, MIL cooks two nights a week, BIL cooks two nights a week, and my hubby cooks one night a week (but I think I'll end up with his nights, haha!) So I am here to find easy and quick recipes to prepare for a decent sized family!

If you try any of the recipes I've actually posted, I'd love to hear your feedback, tips, and suggestions! I am a pretty novice cook and since my mother passed away when I was only 21, I have basically taught myself how to turn the stove on! Thank you!

ANYTHING with TONS of cheese, pasta, garlic, and mushrooms! Haha.
