I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada.
I love to bake and was taught the importance of doing things from scratch from my mom. Nothing tastes as good as homemade! I have tried to pass along my Mennonite traditions and recipes to my 3 kids and they too have all love to learn their way around the kitchen. Although they are not so great at the cleaning up after, I guess a mom can dream.
I am a travel consultant who specializes in Disney and Orlando. I love to make families vacations magical by giving them some great tips and information that they would not have known otherwise. It brings me great joy to help people plan their vacations.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite foods are gooey homemade cinnamon buns, cheesecakes and pizzas.
My favorite cookbook is one my mother passed on to me called the Mennonite cookbook with great old world recipes.
Favorite restaurant is Carinos - I love Italian!
