Oldest Sister Chef

about me

I am the older sister of two wonderful siblings. My little brother who is 12 and my little sister who is 10. I am 14, and I love to cook. Both my parents work, so a good homecooked meal lifts everyones spirits. I am open to try new things everyday.I love my parents very much and am delighted to see the smile on their faces when they see what lovely food I have created. My brother will eat anything if it smells good, but my sister is picky. So if she loves a dish, I know I have to make it again. Finding easy dishes can be hard, but I love to rub, baste, and marinate. Chicken is our main food group, as it is simple and can be flavored many ways. I think Slow Cookers are life savors (especially when you need to go to school!). I can just throw something in there before I leave for school, and a nice dinner is waiting when we get home.

Favorite Foods:

I love many rich foods. My favorite type of dish is Mexican. I love Chili Rellnos and Enchiladas. I also love my meat! Deer and Elk especially.
