about me

I have a neat little web site that makes me a small income, and also teach crochet on the side. My life is full of living green and simple. Right now, I am writing a book on a local haunted hotel filled with pictures and interviews...My life has been a great adventure. I have been a broadcast journalist for the past fifteen years. I am an army veteran, raised my five children to adulthood as a single mom...and found the love of my life two months before I turned fifty years old!..This is a grand time to be alive, no matter where you are or what is happening. Live. love, laugh and eat!

Feta Cheese wrapped in Grape Leaves at the Olive Tree Cafe in NYC.
I am famous for my Vegi Bean Soup made with white wine, my Gormet Calf Liver, Turtle Cheescake and Down Home Crock Pot Beef Bar-B-Que Sandwitches.
I will cook anything once and have even learned to make my own Oshi-sushi because I live in the country far away from any sushi restaurant.
And I adore a Vodka Martini with olives!
