I'm from Australia and very passionate about my country, I love cooking but especially Italian and Jewish dishes because they have such great aroma's and variety of ingredients. After that I'd have to say I love my chocolate dessert dishes. I'm into basketball, video games, and kids. I love fast and easy to make meals, you wont find anything fiddly (except maybe black forest cake) in my recipes

Favorite Foods:

Anything chocolate (part of a staple diet, lol),
homemade pizza,
peanut butter and jam toast (or 'jelly' as the yanks say),
black forest cake,
pavlova (definitely a recipe I will be submitting. you haven't lived until you've eaten Pav),
Pasta and anything
Cheese (ANY kind except swiss or blue vein),
