What can I say ? I love to cook!
In my familia, the men seem to be the best cooks.Has been since my grandfather.I got my interests in cooking because of my grandfather.I loved watching him cook a big meal for the family.His kitchen smelled of green peppers and braised meats.That's the smell of comfort if you ask me.Oh yeah,and my mother she helped me as well by being a terrible cook lol.She was a hell-of-a baker, but a lousy cook lol.I love ya Ma! But that's what inspired me to start cooking at an early age.And were I get my inspiration today.

Favorite Foods:

I love so many different types of dishes and foods its hard to put one in front of the other.My list would be shorter if I just told you what I didn't like. But then again ,if it was cooked in a new and different way from how I am use to, then maybe I would like them.
