I am committed Vegetarian Tree Hugger with a family of 5. We cook all of our meals daily and I prefer to cook from scratch.

In my working life I am an award winning inventor and cosmetic formulator. I am the founder/ CEO of All Natural Diverse Eco-Friendly (ANDE) Cosmetics which is a certified veg-organic product line.

I am passionate about life, my family and great food. My pet peeves are injustice, and laziness.

My favorite dish to cook is Veggie Dumpling Soup but I am famous for my Blue Berry Scones.

My favorite restaurant is Anntony's in Charlotte, NC their Peas & Rice, Calalu Greens, Rasta Pasta and Corn Bread are works of culinary art.
