Have strong family roots in New York City and in Pennsylvania. Both of those cultures had a big impact on our tastes. Both my husband and I love to cook. Our styles of preferred cooking are low fat.
All seafood and fish especially sushi. We make lamb and flank steaks a lot. My husbands rack of lamb with blackberry currant sauce is famous. My specialty is butternut squash risotto finished with 'Clancy's lucky cheesecake'.
