Living in Florida for 39 years, in Plant City since 1982 and in the food business since 1954, I have finally added cooking to my hobbies. Life is good and it's fun to share the kitchen with my wife Elisa. Gardening is my passion but when it's too hot outside or near feeding time I like to research recipes and do the cooking for the meals. Photography, fishing, Internet and travel occupy the rest of my time. Retirement is great and learning the process of cooking is an interesting new world for me.
