I'm a naturopathic doctor/chiropractor. I try to eat and live as healthily as I can, but sometimes my sweet tooth gets the best of me. I love a good cosmopolitan and whip up one vindictive mai tai. I have had the great fortune of experiencing Georgian (as in Caucasian, not the South) food, which has got to be the most delicious cuisine in the world. I'm also from Denver (a Latino hotbed), so I'm a big fan of great Mexican food.
Above all, Georgian (though it's been years since I've had good khachapuri or hinkali). I've been known to make some good simple dishes...dijon lentil soup or homemade spiced apple oatmeal. I don't get much time to prepare huge meals, so for me, going wild in the kitchen means spending a few hours preparing an apple/butternut squash soup from scratch. My favorite season is autumn, so it's no surprise that many of my favorite foods are centered around this time of year.
