I am a nursing instructor at a small private college. I didn't become a nurse until I was 40, so I appreciate the opprtunity for my career change! I have been married for 31+ yrs. to the most wonderful guy! I love cooking for him and my family!

Favorite Foods:

CHOCOLATE! Followed closely by anything with pasta in it. And I love sour cream recipes too. And let us not forget cooking with wine! Alas, I have cooked my way into "unhealthyness" and am now experimenting with an occassional recipe that is actually good for me! This site has been the most helpful in that endeavor.
