about me

I live with my husband of almost five years in Boston and our two dogs. I adore cooking and I love restaurants, love to read menus, etc! I started cooking when I was in the 3rd grade, my parents would let me make french toast or pancakes for them and my siblings on the weekends. I also used to love to help my Mom make lasagna. I have always enjoyed spending time in the kitchen.

I work full time so I have to keep most of my meals fairly quick. I make more complicated meals on Sundays. I started using Zaar several years ago and I absolutely love it. I really don't have anything that I keep "in rotation" and I am not a big repeater. I try to buy all organic ingredients that are available and I cut out overly processed food.

Favorite Foods:

I have a lot of favorite foods. I absolutely love Mexican food, I spent a semester in college in Mexico and I still daydream about the great food I had while down there. I also enjoy French, Italian, simply grilled steaks and seafood, and I could go on!
