A Man Cook

about me

I am 37, married and the father of an 11 year old daughter. I do a lot of the cooking in the home. I do it so that I can eat what I like! I love steak, meat loaf, pork chops and such.... However, I have begun to realize cannot eat this forever. I remember a show called Wok with Yan, as a kid. He used to cook Chinese food with a wok. I thought it looked easy enough so I thought I would give it a try. And you know what? It really is fun, easy, and tasty. That is how I ended up here. I am always on the look out for something new and exciting. If you have recommendations please let me know.
