Clocking up 46 years this year... loving every minute of it... and looking forward to the next 40. I am so blessed. I am the father to 6 great kids- eldest turns 21 this year, youngest began Grade 1 in January. 5 Princesses, one Prince. So special, all of them. xx.
Relaxing my repotiore in the kitchen lately. Introducing lots of salads and fruit -n- vege. Kids really need their vege. Important source of fibre. Love to get out there and get active with them all.
Me and MammaBeaR® love to cook just about anything. Home-made Lasagne and Spaghetti Bolognaise would have to be an all time favourite in our house. Just lately, we have been experimenting with different marinades for lamb and chicken. Introducing lots more vege and fruit into our daily lives. Trying to cut out the fat and processed sugars. Me and the Mrs really enjoy a fine cab/sav at every opportunity!! We have recently discovered "game" jerky, producing venison jerky which was eagerly devoured within minutes. Next challenge... a guinea fowl, or even brined duck.... the mind boggles. Always up for a challenge in the kitchen.
