i'm wishing to start going to barbque festivals and cookoffs around the country.
Favs=Osso bucco; beef stews; lamb stews; braised beef ribs; garlic mashed potatoes, gorganzola tortilini; grilled sandwiches; new england clam chowder in sourdough bread bowl; kosher corned beef or brisket sandwiches; green salads; creme brulee; good chocholate; good bread
