I am married with 3 dogs... they are our babies!
I am an Office Manager for a satellite installation company and am lucky enough to be able to work from home.

I collect cookbooks as a hobby and love to cook! Many of my favorite recipes have been handed down to me through generations.

I think I am most famous for my Chicken Enchiladas....but my husband says it's my home made Biscuits and Gravy.
But then again, he likes anything that I cook!

I don't do a lot of fancy cooking... most of my recipes include everyday things that are probably already in your pantry.
I'm all about cooking on a budget!

Fresh veggies and nothing fried... that's my motto!
