I am a nurse who loves to cook and garden in my spare time. I'm attempting to lose some of that pesky freshman 15 (that has been hanging around for a good 3 years now), so I'm learning as many new healthy recipes as I can. When I find great ones, I'll share them with you!

Favorite Foods:

Steak, Chicken, pesto with pasta, fresh herbs, greek salad, brushetta bread, home made bread, and anything citrus. Oh, and sushi!
