It is official, I am now retired and looking forward to spending more of my time trying many more of the wonderful recipes on this site.

I was a teacher and had been teaching for 35 years. I am married to a wonderful man. He is retired but was a Human resource manager.

We have been adopting retired greyhounds since 1997. They make a wonderful pet.

I love to cook and try new recipes. Since I have found this site, I try at least 3-4 new recipes a week. Thanks so much for all the great recipes and all the information.

Favorite Foods:

I love chicken and shrimp, well just about everything.

I make my own pasta sauce and have taught small classes of students how to make the sauce and make their own noodles. We had a blast!
