love to collect recipe books, cook dishes from around the world and try new ideas. My favorites are Mexican, my families passed down recipes, and just good healthy food. My favorite cookbook is Moosewood cookbook. It has some of the most delicious and different recipes to try. My pet peeves are potluck get togethers that people go to a store and buy their food and it's awlful at that. I am known for my potato salad, enchilladas, stuffing, and deviled eggs. Also, if someone is sick or has a need for food, I find out what they like and I make sure that's what I make. I help feed people at the park and I love cooking for lots of people who love whatever you make and always say thanks.

Favorite Foods:

turkey with stuffing, my version of chicken cheese enchaladas, horchata drinks, seared ahi tuna, sushi, Italian, anything my little grandkids make and save for Nana to eat. They stand and make sure I eat it all and wait to hear what I think, Of course it is always the best I have ever had.
