about me

I am a pastor's wife in upstate South Carolina. I am also a stay at home mom during the day. In the evening I work as an independent kitchen consultant. I love to cook! My favorite cookbooks are those that are compiled by groups...these are always tried and tested recipes. I am involved with Operation Christmas Child through a Christian International Relief agency. And, each summer I spend a week in Nicaragua with orphans.

Favorite Foods:

I love to bake, cakes especially. One of my newest favorites is Key Lime Pie...inspired by a recent anniversary trip to Key West. My family's favorites are my Lasagne, Pineapple Casserole, and Broccoli Casserole. I have a very popular Strawberry & Monterrey Jack Salad as well. My favorite restaurants include Kanpai of Tokyo, Capri's Italian, and Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Anyone have a recipe for their shrimp? Yum!
