about me

Grew up in the south (USA). Love "soul" food.
Married a Peruvian. Love Peruvian food. We now live in Oklahoma. We visit Peru often. We have lots of international friends.
I tend to take recipes from all places and make my own. My husband loves my creativity but I can't always remember the next time what I did.

I have 2 sisters in law in Peru who are great cooks and they have taught me much.


Now we are looking for heart healthy recipes.
