I don't have a lot of time to cook, but on the weekends I like to make dinners for the rest of the week.

Favorite Foods:

I'm not a great cook. I can follow a recipe ok, but if it is up to me, watch out. The only recipe that I've made up that tastes great is such a surprise that I'm not sharing! It's for spinach artichoke dip, and there are so many recipes out there already anyway, who'd be interested in mine?!?

I can bake though, and do that with great success! Banana bread, cakes, cookies, apple dumplings, pie crusts from scratch, Those are easy for me. And I didn't even have an easy bake oven as a kid.
