At the age of 19, I became an assistant manager for Cinnabon while attending college. I absolutely loved the job. After college I started my own bakery and did very well. Now, I am married to a wonderful, hard-working husband and have 2 children. I stay at home: cooking, cleaning and playing with my children is my passion. I enjoy trying new recipes and spend many hours on this site finding the perfect dinner that I can make with what I have in the pantry. Pet peeves?... those who do not spell check before submitting! I can't help it. My degree is in English (literature).
My version of Cinnabons - I still sell these at Christmas time. I love Greek and Mexican foods. I also love to make my own pizza on weedends. My all time favorite restaurant is Carmine's in the Broadway district of NYC. I literally crave their chicken parm., strawberry shortcake and frozen cosmos.
