about me

I am from Kentucky, the northernmost part of the south, so i greatly appreciate southern cooking. One of my most favorite things to make is cheese pies, there's just so many variations to be done with it. My favorite course though is appetizers and the main course. I just love snack food and good, hearty main dishes. Cooking is definitely one of my favorite pass times.
I am a mommy to a wonderful and rambunctious four year old boy, who definitely keeps me on my toes! I also have a wonderful boyfriend whose name is Heath, he and my son absolutely light up my life (corny, huh?).

Favorite Foods:

Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, cheese biscuits, spaghetti, tacos, burritos, cheeseburgers, chicken and dumplings, cheesecake, I could go on and on!
