about me

My name is Nichol and I just turned 30 years old. Also on that day I got engaged to my wonderful fiance, David! I own my own catering business and with in the next 5 years my future husband and I plan to open a bar and restaraunt, here in Lincoln!

Favorite Foods:

Anything homemade or anything made by my mother. One of my favorite dishes to cook is Scicilian Meat Roll, mashed potatoes, asparagus with cheese, and Nicki's Biscuits or chicken fried steak, mashed with homemade gravy and green beans.
I would have to say my favorite restaraunts are Red Lobster, Old Chicago, The Olive Garden, Whiskey Creek and Joe's Crab Shack, Red Robin, Culvers, Lazlo's,The Outback and things like that!
