I am a Real Estate Agent in my hometown of Jackson, Michigan. Due to my schedule and because I work a lot of evenings, I am always looking for easy, fast recipes that don't skimp on taste and quality. My husband is a wonderful cook and he enjoys preparing dinner in my absence (especially barbecue). But when I get the opportunity to cook, I enjoy finding a new, tasty recipe that we will all enjoy.
