about me

I'm a teenager who plans on growing up and becoming a stay at home wife and mother. An Alton Brown fanatic, who likes to have unique gadgets for my kitchen, I also tend to correct everyone when they make mistakes in their cooking. I definitely prefer cooking to baking, because I like to work with the food as it cooks, not just throw it in the oven. I won 4th place in a statewide 4-H cooking competition (my first year. Yay!) My favorite dish to make is chicken piccata. I also dabble in cake decorating.

Chocolate and peaches and lattes . Oh, and pickles. lots of pickles.
