I am married and the mother of 2 great girls. I work full time and have a great passion for food, cooking and entertaining. We enjoy having people over hanging out by the pool and at the lake.

Waaaay too many to list. But the most requested at family gatherings is my Punkin Upside Down Cake. I am not a huge fan of pumkin but this cake is so rich even I can't resist! I come from a family of wonderful cooks so it is quite an honor to be "known" for a dish. My family is so passionate about food, we even have a dessert "contest" for Easter. The hostess will buy a small "prize" and we taste and judge each others desserts. Believe it or not the competition can get quite heated. But it's all in good fun! It's really just an excuse to be able to eat all those desserts!
