I am only the "father" of a chef, but do enjoy wonderfully prepared dishes. I love to prepare "different and exciting" meals.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite recipes for my family are: Bolognese Sauce, Chicken Noodle Soup, Chicken Noodle Dinner, Beef Stew, Smoked Turkey, and many variations of prepared fish. There are too many fabulous restaurants around the world that I have enjoyed to choose just one.
