I am a breeder of Labrador Retrievers in Johannesburg, South Africa.

One of my most cherished dreams has been to study at the Cordon Bleu in Paris, but until that dream comes true, I spend a lot of pleasant hours experimenting on my friends and family.

My favourite, and most cherished, cookbooks are the Time/Life series "The Good Cook". Although I have a comprehensive library of cookbooks, from basic home cooking to more esoteric publications like Larousse's Gastronomique, I always go back to my Time/Life set.
