I live in Queensland, Australia, in Brisbane during the week and on the Gold Coast on weekends. I work as a business analyst and program manager. I love to entertain at home and am also (very slowly) renovating my townhouse in Brisbane. My favourite cookbook is actually a magazine called "Super Food Ideas" - it's full of easy recipes, comes out monthly and I love it!

I have heaps of favourite foods, ranging from Thai curries to stroganoff, Italian food and basic British cooking, maybe with a bit of an individual twist!
