To the Zaar Angel that gifted me with a Premium Membership, I Thank You from the bottom of my Heart, what a beautiful surprise,at a time in my life when I needed a pickmeup. I promise to pay it forward one day! I love to cook & bake..it is a form of meditation and relaxation to me. My Mom (Ma Mere) got me into the kitchen at the age of 4, learning to bake bread by scratch.I love to help people, through baking or cooking for them..and to be kind, to be thoughtful and forgiving...I joined the Zaar to share recipes, and to enjoy the friendships that food seems to bring together!!
I am a "giver" in life, I take much enjoyment in the act of giving as opposed to receiving. I have a daughter that is deceased, and I have 2 fur baby boxers, and a beautiful DH. I have worked many fields in my life, clothing sales, office manager, poker dealer and now I volunteer my time in hospice/palliative care, as they taught and helped me when I needed it to take care of my Mom, and then my Dad.
I love to shoot pool, have taken our teams nationally to Las Vegas and play texas holdem and have played in the Womens WSOP in Las Vegas. I enjoy water skiing and ice skating, but truly, most of all, I Love to be in the kitchen making anything!

Favorite foods: codfish, shrimp, lobster, coconut cream pie. My DH's grilled or smoked ANYTHING!

One of my fav restaurants is called The French Laundry, here in Fenton, Mi. They have the best SF skinny lattes ever, and their menu gets rave reviews, from breakfast to dinner and everything in between.
