I'm married & currently a homemaker. I enjoy finding recipes and making 'adjustments' until they satisfy both me & my hubby. We give barbecues/parties at least once a month, year-round. The last one was a Mexican themed, the one before was chowder & chili (we had a "cold" snap). For fun, I love to read a good book. I have a friend who was recently diagnosed with Celiac disease(?) and I am now exploring gluten-free recipes.

Favorite Foods:

I love to make clam chowder; wild rice, goat cheese and chorizo dressing; chicken enchiladas; beef stroganoff; bake cookies and cakes. I also like to try new recipes or new twists to old recipes.
