I love to cook, I recently joined the SDA church so I am learning some new things with tofu and vegan/vegetarian recipes. I grew up in a med. size home where my mother taught me to cook, mostly with beef. I hope you enjoy the recipes and find them useful.

Favorite Foods:

Chocolate...need I say more?!?!?
Oriental - mostly stir fry but a good curry is nice as well.
A nice juicy steak cooked MR, smoked or barbecued.
